Archon Richard L. Tolliver and Bill Cosby Awarded Honorary Doctorates

St. Paul's College, Lawrenceville, Virginia, awarded Archon Richard L. Tolliver, a Doctor of Divinity, honoris causa, at its One Hundred and Twenty-First Commencement Exercise on Sunday, May 10, 2009, in recognition of outstanding leadership given to the civic, religious and academic communities. Archon Tolliver also delivered the keynote address at the College's Annual Baccalaureate Service. The Commencement Speaker was Dr. William H. Cosby, Jr. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters Degree, honoris causa.
