The Incredible History of Sigma Pi Phi In Its Early Years

Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity’s distinguished history has always been captured in the pages of its major publication, The Boulé Journal. Previously published articles on the Fraternity website have discussed the contents of the oldest known journal from 1920, and have reproduced the speech on “The Talented Tenth” by W.E.B. Du Bois, delivered to the 19th Grand Boulé Conclave on Thursday, August 12, 1948, in Wilberforce, Ohio. But this is only a tidbit of the Fraternity’s enormous and celebrated history. Now available to our Archons on our Fraternity’s website are full issues in .pdf format of the Boulé Journal, from the 1920 issue through 2005, Volume 69, Number 4, Winter. Some of the highlights of this auspicious archive are:
